This session will focus on the early challenges involved in implementing
education and human resource development programs for the newly awarded
NSF Science and Technology Centers. Topics covered will: 1) assist
new center directors in providing leadership as the EHR team and programs
are put in place; and 2) assist new EHR personnel in generating a
vision and strategic plan.
The agenda will include several short presentations from current STC
education directors, followed by time for questions.
