Arrive Thursday, 20 March for Dinner and Opening Session
Depart Sunday, 23 March after Morning Session and Lunch
The Industrial Session will be held on Friday, 21 March.
We look forward to your attendance at the CfAO Spring Retreat and encourage
all CfAO members to stay at the hotel rather than commuting. This will facilitate
informal science discussions. The Center will provide meals for all participants.
Center members will be reimbursed for travel and the hotel room. (See reimbursement
details below.)

TRANSPORTATION:
Fly into the San Jose International Airport. The Park Plaza San Jose Airport
Hotel offers free shuttle service to and from Airport. If you are driving your
own car, you can find directions to the hotel on the web
site.
ROOM RESERVATIONS: DEADLINE, 11 MARCH
Call the hotel at 408-453-5340 to make your room reservation. Please mention
that you are attending the Center for Adaptive Optics Conference. The room rate
is $69.00/night.
REIMBURSEMENT:
If you are a Center member, you will be reimbursed for travel and your room
at the hotel. Air Travelers: please book your flights no later than 26 February
to take advantage of inexpensive flight rates. During the conference, catered
meals will be provided. CfAO will not reimburse for car rental, as the Park
Plaza San Jose Airport Hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the Airport.
If you need an exception, please provide a reason for consideration. Reimbursement
forms will be available at the conference. Remember to save your original receipts.
