YAO
a Monte-Carlo AO simulation tool. It uses a number of custom developed functions to simulate the wavefront sensor, the deformable mirror and many other aspects of an AO loop. Available for MacOS X & Linux.

PAOLA
Performance of Adaptive Optics for Large Apertures, is a set of functions and procedures written in IDL for calculating the performances of an AO system installed at the focus of an astronomical telescope.
