The meeting runs from 9:00 am on Thursday to noon on Sunday.
For those arriving on Wednesday 10/18, check in starts at 4:00 pm. Dinner will be from 6:00 to 8:00 pm and a reception will be held from 8:00 to 10:00 pm.
