CfAO LogosNOTICE: Any display of the Center for Adaptive Optics Logo must comply with the Acceptable Logo Use Policy. Get Logos for:
PowerPoint Presentations:
We recommend that you use one of the following gif images: PowerPoint Posters, PageMaker, InDesign, Quark, etc.Use this EPS. Scale it to whatever size you want it displayed at. Do not judge it's appearance from the preview in the software you are using. Instead print it out to a PostScript (laser) printer and look at the printout, as the actual representation in the EPS file can only be displayed by PostScript printers. You should be extra careful of the 20% margin required by the acceptable use policy when displaying the logo on posters. Apple KeyNote Presentations:
Use any of the gif logos for PowerPoint presentations above, or control-click the link below and chose "Download" or "Save" to download a transparent version that will blend nicely onto any medium to light background (and without the fringe that the transparent GIF gets). Web pages:We recommend that you use either of the following transparent images for pages with light backgrounds. They are displayed on a checkered background here to show their transparency, but will blend well to any light background color or pattern.
And either of these transparent images for pages with dark backgrounds. They are displayed on a checkered background here to show their transparency, but will blend well to any dark background color or pattern.
Please do not resize these images in your HTML editor! If you want a size larger or smaller than this, there is a wider range of sizes available on the advanced logos page. All Microsoft Applications:We recommend that you first try the EPS above. If you have trouble with the EPS, you can try this Windows MetaFile, but some printers and printing services may have trouble with it. The EPS will look much better than the WMF when printing at small sizes. Other Purposes (custom web graphics, Macromedia Flash, posters, etc):Select from the variety of raster and vector sizes and formats available on the advanced logos page. | ![]() | ||
